ABOUT ME
Hello! I’m a portrait artist based in Shrewsbury, England, though I’m originally from Liverpool. I studied Fine Art and Philosophy at the University of Wolverhampton, and both subjects continue to shape the way I see and think about the world.
Over the years, I’ve been lucky enough to live and work abroad, spending time in Spain and Norway. While there, I trained with local artists whose knowledge and generosity had a big influence on my practice. Those experiences deepened my love of portrait and figurative painting, and they continue to inspire how I approach my work today.
What excites me most is capturing something essential about people—their character, their presence, and the emotions that connect us all. My paintings are about more than likeness; they’re about exploring the human experience through paint on canvas.
My work has been exhibited internationally and is held in private and public collections around the world. Highlights include exhibitions at COMECE in Brussels and Gris Garcia in Barcelona, alongside collections in the United States and beyond.
I love collaborating and I welcome commissions. Whether it’s a personal portrait or a larger project, I enjoy working closely with people to create something meaningful together.
